JR-61442**Work Shift**Day (United States of America)## **Job Summary:**The primary responsibility is to expand upon the strategic fundraising plan to support the mission of the Wellstar Health System through annual gifts, with a specific focus to grow internal giving with team members and leadership involvement. The position will maintain a portfolio of prospects across team members, administrative leadership and volunteers. This role will adhere to all development processes and standards of the office.## **Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:**Develop, manage and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to build year-round engagement and growth in annual giving, with a focus on Team Member Giving donors, that aligns with the mission, vision and values of the Wellstar Foundation.
\* Strategic plan includes targeting new, returning, lapsing and lapsed donors
\* Work with communication strategist develop robust year-round cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship plan of annual donors
\* Create and implement specific donor engagement strategies including but not limited to community engagement, hospital tours, and volunteerism opportunities
\* Design meaningful stewardship activities for annual givers including special events and digital recognition.
Drive deepened engagement and increased revenue through Wellstars Team Member Giving campaign by building relationships with key system and hospital leadership that will result in increased participation in the TMG campaign
\* Develop, manage and execute a comprehensive plan to build strategic year-round relationships with Team Member Giving donors focused on growing participation
\* Build relationships with system and hospital leaders to grow team member giving annual participation amongst Wellstar leaders including corporate leaders and Wellstar Medical Group. Responsible for recruiting new leader participation and increased giving campaigns.
Serve as the Foundation liaison to assigned hospitals inclusive of cultivating, soliciting and stewarding relationships and annual gifts from administrative leadership, hospital volunteers and community leaders as appropriate.
Reporting and Tracking
\* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
\* Proficient in using Raisers Edge for development activities.
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all Wellstar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.## **Required Minimum Education:**Bachelor's Degree in development, communication, business administration, marketing, non-profit management, Required or
related field, Required## **Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):**All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.## **Additional License(s) and Certification(s):**## **Required Minimum Experience:**Three to five years fundraising experience. Required
