Bilingual Immigration Attorney
to join our growing team.
In this role, you won't just process paperwork—you will be a strategic partner for families and businesses navigating the complexities of the U.S. immigration system. We provide a

What You Will Do
Advocate & Strategize:
Manage a diverse and dynamic portfolio of cases, including family-based and employment-based visas, Asylum, and non-immigrant visas (L-1, H-1, E-1/2, O -1, R-1).
Craft Compelling Narratives:
Draft high-quality petition letters and legal briefs that tell our clients' stories effectively.
Client Partnership:
Serve as a trusted advisor, conducting consultations and maintaining clear, empathetic communication with our Mandarin and English-speaking clientele.
Courtroom Representation:
Defend clients in removal proceedings, preparing comprehensive case files, evidence, and witnesses to deliver powerful arguments in immigration court.
Lead with Research:
Stay ahead of the curve by performing in-depth legal research on evolving immigration policies and precedents.
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual Excellence:
Fluency in both
English and Mandarin Chinese
is essential to serve our core community.
Strong Communicators:
Exceptional writing skills and the ability to explain complex legal concepts simply.
Experience:
Ideally 2+ years of experience in business/investment immigration and removal proceedings (though we value talent and drive).
Credentials:
Bar admission in any state (in good standing); California Bar admission is a plus.
Detail-Oriented Advocates:
A meticulous eye for document review and a "no-stone-left-unturned" approach to case prep.
