Assistant Superintendent: Lakes Oliphant Golf Management (OGM) is seeking a hard‑working, results‑oriented Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to join our team in Taylor, MI at Lakes of Taylor GC. Under the direction of the Head Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent will lead small groups to achieve optimal golf course conditions in a teamwork‑driven atmosphere. This position offers opportunities to grow in your career while maintaining an 18‑hole golf course. Lakes of Taylor is a beautiful municipal golf course planning to implement a large‑scale renovation in spring of 2026, providing an opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent to bolster their skills and professional experience.

The successful Assistant Superintendent will assist the Superintendent with fertilizer and chemical applications, bunker maintenance, irrigation, and crew/project management. Our team members consistently reflect a friendly, confident, professional demeanor that provides a safe and healthy work environment. A Michigan commercial pesticide applicators license and golf maintenance experience/education are preferred.

Oliphant Golf Management oversees all maintenance activities at Lakes of Taylor. OGM offers full‑service golf management with expertise in operations, greenskeeping, and master planning. Contracts range from maintenance only to full golf operations and golf course leases.
