Crafted Highlights In the role of Country Manager Puerto Rico working in Puerto Rico you will be part of the LATAM team. You will lead the implementation and optimization of the assigned countries route to market (RTM) to maximize NSR and profitability including developing and delivering growth for the business in the Military and Local Market. You will also be responsible for achieving beneficial category growth, delivering results and building long‑term relationships with distributor, key partners and key accounts.
This position reports to General Manager Mexico and Puerto Rico and works closely with the US‑based team and market‑based finance teams.
What You’ll Be Brewing
Lead a team of talented colleagues and support their growth and development through career discussions and consistent one‑on‑one conversations.
Develop and deploy sales strategy within the regional strategic framework (AOP) to capture the business potential of markets.
Develop and execute creative, practical, and profitable solutions and alternatives to promote sales growth and business development in all consumer contact points for all distribution channels.
Lead the development and flawless execution of the annual business plan for the region setting financial targets, designing the appropriate business strategies and tactics as well as assessing potential risks and opportunities from a financial, commercial and supply chain perspective.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance or equivalent experience (10 years) in sales, marketing and business development.
Experience with advanced work in Excel.

Pay and Benefits Salary range: $101,900.00 – $133,800.00. Target short‑term incentive: $12,500 and 400 non‑qualified stock options. Target long‑term incentive: $23,000.
