As the Senior Compensation Consultant, you will partner with HR and business lines to evaluate, design and implement competitive compensation programs. You will conduct analyses of compensation data, model financial and organizational impact of programs, and assist in the translation of business strategies to effective compensation programs. You will also manage projects such as survey participation, evaluation of external market competitiveness, internal equity analyses, incentive program evaluation, and annual performance review.
Primary responsibilities include
Prepare job descriptions and perform job evaluations using market pricing and internal equity measurements ensuring FLSA compliance.
Administer base pay programs including annual performance review/merit increase cycles, promotions and other adjustments.
Manage projects such as survey participation, evaluation of external market competitiveness versus the company or internal equity analysis.
Research compensation related issues and provide recommendations, substantiations and possible alternatives.
Develop and document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in the communications of compensation related programs.
Utilize PeopleSoft HRIS system to generate queries or look up information that meets compensation needs.
Assist others with compensation related issues.
Required Skills/Experience
5+ years of Compensation strategy and design experience
3-5 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably financial services
Knowledge of Regulatory and Compliance requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Project management and consulting experience
Must be well organized, detail oriented and confident to work independently as well as a strong team player
Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
Education, Certification and/or Other Professional Credentials
Bachelor’s degree required
Research compensation related issues and provide recommendations, substantiations, and possible alternatives.

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: M-F 8-5
Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $130,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
