Work Type:
Full-time Hybrid – Must live and travel 2-5 days per week in the territory.
Compensation:
The standard pay range for this role is between $55,000-$65,000 plus the possibility of additional performance-based incentives.
The base draw will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.

Responsibilities
Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory and do everything possible to simplify their workflow.
Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
Actively develop and qualify leads within the territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
Demonstrate resilience to handle rejection and persist to turn challenges into opportunities.
Navigate multiple functions within the company’s CRM (prospecting, account management, activity tracking) to support sales and customer relationships.
Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels and provide equitable service across roles.
Utilize data-driven business intelligence on prospects to identify new trends and opportunities.
Manage account list and travel within the assigned territory.
Qualifications
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Demonstrate self-direction and autonomy in managing tasks; strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication with external clients and internal teammates.
Proficient prioritization and time management to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
Cultivate an in-home office environment that is distraction-free.
Education/Experience
3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) OR coaching/sports-related background.
Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
