The Opportunity Radar Healthcare’s new ⭐ Account Executive ⭐

As our new Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the US healthcare market, selling a cloud‑based software platform to regional hospitals and health systems, Children’s Hospitals, ASCs and other healthcare organisations.

This role manages the full sales cycle and engages executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders to position the company as a strategic partner in improving healthcare quality, safety, and compliance.

What you’ll be doing to make a difference:

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close

Sell SaaS solutions to US hospitals, health systems, and other appropriate care settings

Conduct discovery to understand customer challenges related to quality, risk, compliance, audits, and operational performance

Engage and influence key US healthcare stakeholders including Quality, Risk, Compliance, Audit, IT, and Executive leadership

Navigate complex buying committees and procurement processes

Build and manage a healthy pipeline to consistently achieve quota

Maintain accurate opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce (SFDC)

Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and demand generation initiatives

Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product, and Customer Success to support demos, pilots, and implementations

Your journey so far…

B2B SaaS sales experience in the healthcare industry

Experience selling to US healthcare settings up‑to $1 Billion NPR

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota

Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (SFDC)

You have a working knowledge of US healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., CMS, HIPAA, Joint Commission)

Understand quality, compliance, audit, and patient safety priorities within healthcare organisations

Even better if you…

Experience selling healthcare GRC, quality, risk, compliance, audit, or patient safety solutions

Familiarity with MEDDIC / MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies

Experience managing long, complex sales cycles

Experience in high‑growth or PE‑backed healthcare SaaS companies
