Sr Distributor Sales Executive - Non-Alc

Location: Phoenix, AZ or Las Vegas, NV, US
Salary: $109,100.00 – $143,200.00 (posting salary range)
Responsibilities
Champion the execution among affiliate (non‑Molson Coors) distributors to drive distribution and in‑store execution
Accountable for mandate/placement closure in chains, maintaining in‑stocks, and driving distributor net revenue
In partnership with distributors, grow and expand our independent distribution
Direct and collaborate with assigned distributors on development of the annual distributor business plan
Ensure distributors have adequate forecasting processes in place to manage distributor inventories
Execute sales and distribution objectives by following the 10 steps to a sales call
Meet established sales objectives, monthly and annually for entire non‑alc portfolio
Provide expertise and communication/leadership on our non‑alc portfolio
Conduct regular in‑market work withs to evaluate effectiveness of execution and plan implementation, as well as identifying opportunities
Partner and collaborate with respective brand partners
Qualifications
4+ years of sales experience required; experience within the consumer product industry preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective problem‑solving skills with limited guidance in a fast‑paced environment
Must be able to demonstrate through work experience, leadership, business knowledge, and the ability to envision a successful sales program
Knowledge of three‑tiered distribution system preferred
Eligibility to work in the United States; background check required
