PROFILE: Understand business and technical requirements Consulting, design and development expertise in CMDB and ADDM
Communicate strategies and best practices like ITIL v3 for product implementation
Install and configure BMC ADDM, Atrium CMDB and integrate it with complete BSM environment like BPPM
Setup BMC Atrium and configure data models
Integration with other CMDB and setup federation
Define patterns where ever needed.
Troubleshoot and support BMC applications and systems
Draft requirements, technical installation, configuration and customization specification documents
Draft use cases and functional requirements documents
Demonstrate BMC products to customers
Respond to customer requests for product or solution information
Estimate level of effort to design or deploy products or solutions
SKILLS: Should be able to customize Common Data Model as per Integration requirements Creation of new CI Relationships, Attributes
Consulting, design and development expertise in CMDB and ADDM
Integrate BMC Atrium with third party CMDB like Service Now
BMC Atrium Reconciliation configuration
Candidate preferable BMC certified professional on BMC Atrium CMDB, Asset Management and ADDM learning path with exposure to other BSM technologies like Remedy, Blade logic and BPPM.
ITIL v3 Foundation certified will be added advantage.
