Description We are seeking a strategic, data‑driven Partner Strategy & Growth Lead for Apple TV to help drive the next phase of subscription growth for the Apple TV business. This role will work cross‑functionally to identify high‑impact growth opportunities that increase sign‑ups and engagement for the service, with a strong focus on subscription growth drivers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across the organization and with external partners to develop and execute growth strategies from concept through launch. The ideal candidate can balance big‑picture strategy with hands‑on execution, brings experience scaling subscription businesses, and understands how partnerships, bundles, and go‑to‑market levers come together to deliver sustained growth.

Responsibilities

Produce and develop a deep understanding of data‑driven performance insights for Apple TV service‑level partnerships to identify key growth initiatives, business risks, and ways to close financial gaps.

Track actual performance versus forecast, identify reasons for discrepancies and produce insights meant to help accelerate growth.

Develop relationships with and serve as the liaison to our key service‑level partners to ensure growth plans outside of the Apple ecosystem are operationally on track and are complementary to our own initiatives.

Have a strong command of full‑funnel metrics across key platforms and other third‑party partnerships.

Develop initiative prioritization frameworks based on objectives such as paid plans, customer lifetime value and revenue, and leverage those frameworks to brief and manage cross‑functional teams towards shared service growth goals.

Work cross‑functionally with business development, partner marketing, content development, paid media, acquisition, retention and analytics teams to execute programs that drive paid plan growth.

Monitor competition, cultural trends and growth best practices to ensure all opportunities are competitive.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of marketing, strategy, data and partner management experience.

4+ years of DTC subscription growth experience.

Ability to juggle many stakeholders, initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.

Experience planning and driving projects with cross‑functional teams.

A love for all things technology, television and film with a focus on streaming.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in interacting with and influencing all levels of management.

Ability to work independently and embrace change and ambiguity.

Organized, detail‑oriented, and resourceful, with a proactive approach to solving problems and anticipating executive needs.

Able to build strategic, long‑term relationships at all levels.

Brings energy, creativity, and passion for fostering team culture, inclusion, and belonging.

Comfortable flexing between strategic initiatives and day‑to‑day operational needs.

The base pay range for this role is between $139,800 and $210,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
