The Ares Corporate Communications & Marketing team is seeking a Corporate Marketing Assistant Vice President to support and execute, brand strategy and marketing campaigns across the firm. The Corporate Communications &

Marketing team is responsible for strategic planning and execution of the Ares brand expression, external, employee, digital communications and corporate marketing efforts across Ares’ global platform. Within Ares, the

team works closely with a range of internal partners, including senior leadership, investment professionals, legal and compliance. This is a high-energy and committed team that values colleagues who are strategic thinkers, problem

brings extensive experience as a brand strategy and storyteller, with proven expertise in integrated marketing and cross functional team leadership. The Corporate Marketing Assistant Vice President will be responsible for assisting

in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various distribution channels. This person will work closely with a range of partners, including internal stakeholders, external agencies and Ares wealth marketing

team to support and align campaigns across various strategic initiatives.**Reporting Relationships*** Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Finance) to align marketing strategies with business goals.* Support marketing planning and forecasting with data-driven recommendations.* Assist in budgeting and spend analysis for marketing programs.**Primary Functions and Essential Relationships*** Support the development, execution, and measurement of integrated corporate marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.* Assist in the development and activation of global sponsorship activities ensuring branded content and activation aligns with overall corporate marketing strategy and brand objectives* Participate in the development and implementation of corporate advertising campaigns* Work closely with content and digital leads to align corporate marketing strategies with brand forward articles, videos, corporate communications and thought leadership.* Oversee execution in coordination with the digital marketing lead by assisting in the management of digital campaigns intent on building brand awareness* Lead on upholding brand guidelines across all internal and external touchpoints; partner with creative

teams to ensure visual and messaging consistency.* Work closely and collaboratively with Ares wealth marketing team to align corporate and product

marketing campaigns with firm priorities.* Ensure the correct marketing relevant analytics are captured and tracked for effective campaign reporting.* Support the corporate marketing teams efforts in coordinating corporate events, sponsorships, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance storytelling and further develop the firms brand narrative.**Qualifications:*** Experience Required: Applicants should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a related role. Experience working with outside agencies, ability to with coordinate and support digital teams with campaign activation and

roll out. is required. Experience working at an alternatives investment manager or within financial services a plus.* Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.* 7+ years of brand building and marketing experience, preferably in a corporate, B2B, or professional services environment.* Able to lead through influence and work effectively in fast-paced, cross functional environments and manage multiple priorities effectively* Strong ability to translate complex information into compelling content.* Strong project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.* Ability to manage multiple vendors, negotiate contracts and facilitate the effectiveness of marketing budgets* Proficient in brand management and integrated campaign planning.* Creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven approach**Reporting Relationships**Vice President, Brand Strategy & Operations, Corporate Marketing**Compensation**The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.$150,000 - $175,000The firm also offers robust Benefits offerings.
