Outside Sales Territory Manager
to join our team.
Region Served:
northern FL, southern GA, and Southern AL.
Compensation:
Base approximately $80k plus 2% commission on new machinery sales and 4% on used machinery sales. $1,000.00/month automotive allowance (taxable income).
Job Type:
Full-Time Direct-Hire Only No agencies. No Contracts. No Third Parties.
Number of Clients Served:
Approximately 250
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
Travel:
Heavy daily travel within the assigned region is required This is not a desk job as you will be a remote employee constantly in the field
As an
Outside Sales Territory Manager , you will work independently and decide how to best grow your market. You will look for top solutions for both the company and our customers and deliver quality service and reliability to your customers. Your responsibilities include handling current customer accounts, growing sales and growing your accounts overall. Treat your territory as if it is your own business, use your follow up skills and help us become the company of choice for our customers.
Note:
Someone who is familiar with this geography will have an advantage. With hundreds of established accounts already in the book of business and with the expected major growth, success is highly attainable.
Requirements:
Two (2) years of demonstrated success in outside sales experience
Experience selling industry-related products. Woodworking machinery sales experience is preferred, but we are open to considering someone who has sold other types of machinery. We are also willing to consider other industry-adjacent goods experience such as cabinetry, millwork, etc.
Bachelor's degree is preferred

To help you succeed, we offer hands‑on training and professional development, this includes visits to our headquarters, product training, opportunities to shadow experienced Outside Sales Reps, and personalized one‑on‑one training with the high performing Sales Managers.
Salaried Employee Benefits Summary:
2 weeks of paid vacation which goes up to 5 weeks with seniority.
Health/Dental/Vision are bundled and start on the first of the month following date of hire
You accrue 3.33 hours of vacation time every pay period.
Sick time is on the honor system for salaried employees, so it doesn’t come out of your pay nor vacation as long as it is not abused or falls into a medical leave category.
You may also roll over up to 5 days/40 hours of vacation into the next year.
We offer 8 paid company holidays which includes 6 calendar holidays, the day after Thanksgiving, plus a floating “you pick” holiday of your choice. Insurance kicks in on the 1st of the month no matter when you start.
