Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Salesforce Sales Cloud Certified Professional with product management experience to join our team. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of Salesforce sales pipelines and have the ability to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions. This role involves supporting clients in optimizing their sales processes, configuring Salesforce to meet their unique needs, and ensuring successful adoption. Responsibilities:
Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance sales pipelines, leads, opportunities, and quoting processes.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their sales workflows and identify areas for process improvement within Salesforce.
Support data migration, system integrations, and automation initiatives to streamline sales operations.
Assist in discovering and analyzing client business systems, proposing tailored Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct training and ongoing support to ensure successful user adoption of Salesforce sales tools.
Work within Agile teams to prioritize tasks, manage backlogs, and deliver incremental value to clients.
Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to gather detailed functional requirements and provide innovative recommendations.
Develop and configure declarative Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation flows.
Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, integrations, and customization efforts to ensure seamless implementation.
Create comprehensive documentation and high-quality deliverables across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification is required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Admin or Consultant are a plus.
2-4 years of experience working with Salesforce sales pipelines, automation, and customization.
Experience supporting or managing Salesforce projects, including data migration and integrations.
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and limitations for sales process optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
Familiarity with CRM automation tools and basic knowledge of business automation platforms (e.g., Appian, Power BI) is preferred.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently within a team environment.
Passion for technology and continuous learning, with a focus on driving sales operational improvements through Salesforce.
