Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. CBI provides integrated care across Arizona, including physical health and evidence‑based substance use and behavioral health programs.

Job Summary The Associate Director of Housing and Community Integration is responsible for overseeing outreach, shelter, housing, and community‑based programs in their defined area. This role directly supervises management‑level staff, ensures compliance with contract requirements, meets productivity and outcome targets, and develops managers and staff through training plans. Key responsibilities include reviewing innovative service delivery approaches with managers, guiding implementation, partnering with the finance department on grant management and budget tracking, monitoring program compliance, representing CBI in the community, pursuing new partnerships and funding opportunities, and serving as liaison for the Patient‑Centered Medical Homes, Crisis, and Inpatient units.

Skills/Requirements

High‑school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.

1 year of experience in a behavioral health position providing outreach and engagement activities required.

Must have 1–3 years of grant writing experience, program development, and/or grant monitoring.

Minimum of six months recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.

Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.

Current AZ driver’s license (valid and in good standing).

Peer certification (if applicable).
