What you’ll do
Subject Matter Expert in market‑aligned products and solutions in the Emburse family
Subject Matter Expert in multiple industries and verticals
Strategize with sales to identify the most effective approach that will result in the prospect preferring and buying from Emburse versus the competition
Research, prepare and deliver solution demonstrations by understanding prospect requirements and aligning them with Emburse's best practices demonstration flow
Expert delivery of onsite and remote presentations of Emburse products and services
Serve as an Emburse products’ Subject Matter Expert, combining a strong technical understanding of our products
Presents at trade shows, user conferences, and sales meetings as required
Independently create materials for training and adoption of features and functions with an eye toward how it solves prospect problems
Deliver onsite and remote presentations and demonstrations of Emburse products
Support RFPs, Security Questionnaires, Trial set‑up
Accomplish targeted performance objectives with a positive attitude
Deep industry knowledge across competitive solutions and able to maximize competitive differentiation
Leads improvements in demonstration techniques and actively participates in product roadmap
May be called upon to the deepest SME on a subset of products or services for their team and the Solutions Consultants team as a whole
Subject Matter Expert in supporting complex/global accounts with multiple products/regions
What we’re looking for Education Preferred: BA/BS degree preferred, experience may substitute
Experience
10+ years experience in selling, supporting or implementing SaaS solutions required
5+ years as a Solutions Consultant with SaaS solutions required
Preferred: 3+ years of selling, solutions consulting or implementing SaaS solutions
Previous Go To Market experience with Expense report, A/P automation, Financial Solutions preferred
Certifications Required: None
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Strong value/solution presentation skills, both online and in‑person
Ability to clearly articulate how product functionality translate to financial business solutions
Technical/Functional acumen and the ability to lead technical/functional discussions
Strong organizational skills and ability to work across functional teams
Ability to autonomously work from home
