Real Estate Runner - Assistant Position in Huntsville, AL, US Seeking a reliable Real Estate Courier/Assistant to carry out errands and office duties part‑time. This individual will be a crucial team member, embodying our company professionally and efficiently to enhance productivity and client contentment.
Responsibilities
Review the list of assignments and create the most efficient delivery route.
Deliver/pick up a wide variety of items (including For Sale signs, lockboxes, and flyer boxes) to different addresses, over a variety of routes.
Take exterior photos of homes as needed.
Follow the provided routes and time schedule.
Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ issues, if any.
Complete any requested driving logs and expense reports.
Compile marketing materials for listings, open houses, etc.
Put together closing gift baskets.
Attend team‑building events.
Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid professional driver’s license.
Good driving record with no traffic violations.
Ability to safely operate your personal vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
Flexibility.
Weekly time commitment will vary but is expected to be 12 - 18 hours per week (usually M/W/F), with a consistent but flexible schedule to be determined after the candidate is selected.
Compensation $13 hourly
