Who We’re Looking For We are seeking a Print Production Operator to process orders, communicate with customers, operate small-format color and black & white printers, and run finishing and bindery equipment. This role directly supports ARC’s mission: To deliver our customers' time‑critical information whenever they want it, wherever they want it, in whatever form they want it.
Mandatory Experience
Xerox Versant 4100 digital high‑speed color and black & white printer
Xerox Nuvera 144 digital high‑speed black & white printer
Xerox D110 digital high‑speed black & white printer
Heavy Duty Champion Paper Cutter
Horizon Folding and Creaser Machines
Strong knowledge of various paper stocks
Laminating equipment
Custom tab creation
Finishing bindery (Coil, Wire‑O, GBC, screw posting, etc.)
Shrink‑wrapping machine
Software applications: Adobe, Fiery Command Station (v7.10.209), Photoshop, Xerox FreeFlow MakeReady (v9.0.25)
In This Role, You Will
Communicate effectively with customers and co‑workers
Receive, process, and prioritize orders based on customer needs, workload, and machine capabilities
Estimate job completion times and notify the Production Manager of any unmet requests
Process PDF files received via FTP, email, delivery, or walk‑in
Scan hard‑copy documents following standard operating procedures
Operate copier and bindery equipment
Work overtime when necessary (overtime is a condition of employment)
Prepare packages for shipment (UPS, FedEx, Airborne, couriers)
Maintain productivity standards with consistent accuracy and efficiency
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of duplicating materials and equipment
Maintain strong attention to detail
Follow processes and procedures accurately
Communicate job‑related information clearly and concisely
Perform other duties as assigned
Work Hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Prior reprographics or printing experience
Customer service experience
Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
High‑level working knowledge of:
Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook
Adobe software
Heavy‑duty paper cutters
