Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises to improve patient mobility and strength. Set and achieve personal performance targets to drive success. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and home exercises. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments. Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance treatment effectiveness. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Engage in regular feedback sessions to improve skills and performance. Promote a positive and motivating environment for patients and staff. Assist in the development of departmental policies and procedures. Experience/Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist or PTA with relevant state certification. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Strong focus on achieving performance targets and individual accountability. Experience in developing personalized treatment plans for diverse patient populations. Ability to monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress. Strong knowledge of therapeutic exercises and mobility improvement techniques. Effective communication skills for educating patients and families. Familiarity with evidence-based practices in physical therapy. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
