Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming calls with a warm, professional demeanor
Schedule client appointments and follow up on inquiries
Provide support and solutions to client requests
Maintain accurate records and assist operations and sales staff
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations
What We’re Looking For:
High energy and enthusiastic phone communication skills
Brand Ambassador and true advocate of the company
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Excellent organizational and basic math skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
Experience with phone sales and appointment scheduling
Familiarity with Salesforce and QuickBooks Online is a plus
