Role Description This full‑time on‑site role is based in Roseville, MI and involves contributing to RCO Engineering's key projects as a Robotic MIG Operator, Shop Floor Utility Person, Metal Model Maker Machinist, or Prototype and Production Process Engineer. Responsibilities may include operating machinery, performing quality control, using hand tools, collaborating with the team to ensure precision, and adapting to projects focused on job shop manufacturing and military/aerospace specifications.
Qualifications
Proficiency in machine operation and working with various types of machinery
Experience in implementing and adhering to quality control standards
Competency in using hand tools effectively and safely
Strong communication skills and team collaboration
Familiarity with military and aerospace manufacturing standards is an advantage
Problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred
