Accelerate adoption and time-to-value of Employee Service solutions Serve as subject matter expertise in internal service delivery and employee workflows Partner with customer success managers to enhance service delivery Influence strategy for high-quality customer experience and enablement programs Provide actionable insights to shape future product development Requirements
7+ years of experience in Customer Success, IT Service Management, or related fields Strong understanding of internal service delivery models Proven track record in driving the adoption of SaaS platforms Excellent advisory and consulting abilities Strong communication and influencing skills across customer and internal teams Familiarity with ITIL frameworks preferred Experience in data storytelling and value mapping Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Benefits
