A leading Hospice care provider is seeking a Full Time Field Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for the Santa Clarita/San Fernando Valley areas. In this role, you will initiate and coordinate hospice care plans, supervising CHHAs and LVNs while providing skilled nursing services. The ideal candidate should be an accredited nursing graduate with active California RN license and at least one-year experience as a nurse.
