Linda Manor Extended, Leeds, MA
Shift:
8AM = 4PM
Contract Length:
13 Weeks Contract
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitative care in accordance with state and federal regulations. This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy aimed at restoring mobility and functional independence.
Responsibilities:
Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
Document services accurately and in a timely manner
Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per state practice acts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
Active Massachusetts PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
Ability to adapt to varied patient needs and facility environments
