The hours are generally between 9 and 5:30, but we are flexible. We take major holidays off, and we do not work weekends. The compensation for this position is a blend of salary and KPI incentives. This is not a commission sales position. We are a law firm; commission sales are deemed impermissible fee sharing. Expected range of $40,000 to $50,000 with opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities
Answer calls promptly and engage with potential clients to understand their legal needs
Gather and document detailed client information to ensure accurate case assessment and follow-up
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when addressing client inquiries and concerns
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction
Track and report on intake metrics to help us refine client engagement strategies
Assist in developing and implementing efficient intake processes to enhance client experience
Qualifications I'm looking for our next superstar client consultant, and I'm hoping it could be you. To apply for this position, you must have:
Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role (This comes in all forms, i.e., real estate agent, teachers, mortgage brokers, etc.)
High school diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, time management skills, as well as interpersonal skills, and understanding of the art of building a relationship
Willingness to learn about our area of law and continuing to learn about the sales process and our structure
Compensation $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
