Role Responsibilities:
Determine customer needs and preferences, including budget and features of the desired vehicle. The Sales Consultant will assist customers with test drives and explain characteristics and capabilities of the vehicles.
Introduce and negotiate competitive vehicle pricing, financing options, incentives, and other terms of the sales process. The Sales Consultant must maintain a follow-up system after each deal that encourages repeat and referral business.
Submit, process, and complete customer vehicle sales documentation to the Finance and Insurance Producer.
Attend product and retail seminars as requested by the manufacturer. The Sales Consultant is required to obtain weekly and monthly sales generation targets set by the dealership's Sales Management Team.
Employee Prerequisites:
Flexible schedule
Sales experience and comprehension of the automotive industry
Basic computer operating knowledge
Streamlined onboarding process
