Be the Best End User Field Support Specialist You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred, optimally with 0-2 years of experience in IT Asset Management or Warehouse Inventory Management.
Hardware asset management accreditation a plus (CHAMP, CSAM or CITAD preferred or equivalent).
Bilingual is a plus.
Solid Understanding of: Microsoft Office Applications, Office365, One-Drive, Microsoft Teams.
Responsibilities This entry level role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in IT operations and asset lifecycle management.
Supports our global IT asset tracking and compliance efforts.
Partner closely with the IT Asset Manager and support teams to maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets.
Assist with audits and reporting and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.
