Real Estate Portfolio Manager

Liberty Personnel is recruiting for a Property Accounting Manager / Portfolio Manager for a growing commercial real estate group.This individual will drive the delivery and preparation of reports that will allow senior management to make decisions on portfolios, companies, transactions and deals. Candidates with a public accounting background working with real estate clients are highly desired. A few responsibilities: Prepare and implement well-developed and accretive business plans, investment strategies, and projections for each investment to improve long term value. Supervise the leasing plans for the portfolio. Reviewing / analyzing financial statement packages, familiarity with venture structure and related documentation Complete performance reports to investors on a monthly and quarterly basis and present results directly to management. Review and analysis of the monthly financial reporting produced by the accounting team and property managers.
