As an Assistant Residential Manager at Devereux, you will work with other dedicated professionals who share your passion for helping individuals in need. This position focuses on assisting individuals with activities of daily living and supporting the development, implementation and evaluation of the overall residential operation. Assist individuals with activities of daily living and participate in the development, implementation and evaluation of residential operations. Collaborate with team to provide a positive, supportive environment for residents. Pay and Benefits

Payrates:

Starting rate $20.24/hr. Build your own rate with shift differential and TOB Exchange program. Exchange 40 hours of Time Off for an additional $0.38 per hour, or 80 hours for an additional $0.77 per hour. Additional $0.30 Evening shift differential, $0.50 Overnight shift differential. Additional $0.29 per hour with an active CNA. Earn an extra $1.00/hour with an active NADSP Level 1 Certification. ASCEND program:

First career accelerator program designed for behavioral healthcare workers, including career guidance, coaching, skills and financial assistance. Program includes significant tuition support (up to $15,000/year for undergrad and $25,000/year for graduate) and student loan repayment, among other benefits. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, management and/or related health degree OR at least three years of experience in a residential treatment setting and a high school diploma or GED. Minimum of two years experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. 6 months supervisory experience. Valid driver’s license. Flexible, patient, energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor. Strong passion for working with and helping children and adults with special needs. Physical Requirements:

Pre-employment physical; significant and frequent walking, sitting, stooping, bending and standing; outdoor activity exposure; good hearing, vision and manual dexterity. Devereux maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and will cooperate with authorities as needed. Company Overview
