North Conway, NH Start Date: Immediate Opening What You’ll Do:
Launch and manage all aspects of a new lease-up property Drive leasing performance and occupancy goals Build and lead a high-performing onsite team Deliver exceptional customer service and resident satisfaction Oversee budgeting, reporting, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in property management, preferably with lease-up experience Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with property management software (e.g., MRI) Why Join Us?
