Our sales consultants are set up for success through comprehensive paid training, warm leads, and a proven sales process — no cold calling required. You’ll have a real opportunity to build a lucrative career with rapid growth potential, all while being supported by an experienced and dedicated team. As a Sales Representative, you will:

Meet with homeowners at pre‑scheduled appointments between 9 AM and 6 PM (some evenings and Saturdays required to accommodate homeowners) Follow the USA Insulation proven sales process (training and tools provided) Prepare accurate contracts, take required installation photos, and communicate key details to the install team Collect down payments Maintain relationships with previous customers and local contractors for potential referrals Visit job sites during installations as needed Participate in ongoing weekly training and team meetings Requirements

1–3 years of previous sales experience preferred (but not required — we will train motivated individuals) Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to confidently speak with homeowners Self‑motivated with a strong commitment to customer service Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Must be able to travel locally (more than 80% travel) Compensation

This is a commission‑only role with weekly commission payouts. Top performers typically earn between $100,000–$250,000 annually with no cap on earnings.
