Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Miami, FL. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing workers, ensuring safety protocols are followed, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring project timelines, and maintaining quality control. The role also involves routine inspections and effective communication with clients and the project management team.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Construction Site Management and implementing Construction Safety protocols
Strong Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure project deadlines are met
Proficiency in Budgeting and tracking expenses to ensure cost‑effective project execution
Project Management experience, including coordinating teams and maintaining quality standards
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and vendors
Swimmimg pool construction preferred
