Hourly pay: $15.00 to $18.00/hour based on experience and certifications

Team Qualifications (Requirements)
Desire to join a world‑class team and contribute a positive attitude
Dedication to customer service
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime, if needed
Ability to lift 75 lbs frequently
Desire to continually learn new things
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities)
High‑level performance of water mitigation, tarping, board‑up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services per Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager
Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service
Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and all company equipment
Be accessible by phone and participate in the on‑call schedule as necessary
Assist in warehousing and facility‑related tasks when necessary
Lead and assist other team members when opportunities arise
