As a Quantum Life Insurance Associate, you will work with our Life Sales Director to manage and grow our robust client base.
Responsibilities
Making outside sales calls, handling inbound calls, follow up calls, and scheduling
Providing illustrations and case design
Managing the Sales expectations of our existing clients
Assisting in life insurance case management
Attending training sessions and meetings
Providing Exceptional customer service
Proactively bringing on new clients
Desired Skills and Experience As Life Sales Associate, you must have a strong entrepreneurial spirit bolstered by experience, confidence and a high degree of personal integrity. This allows the individual to quickly establish trust and build the relationships necessary for long term business clients. Quantum advisors come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds, from insurance sales to security licensed advisors. It is expected that you will develop professional relationships and utilize your life experiences.
Specific requirements for the Life Insurance sales associate position include:
Fluent in Microsoft Office products
3+ years’ experience with life products
Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
