Looking for Property maintenance or preservation vendors who meet the following requirements: Experience in property maintenance or preservation duties/tasks (or interested to get trained) including the following work:
Lawn Maintenance Debris/Junk removal Lock Changes Initial Services (including sales clean) Boarding General/Minor household repairs, etc.
Must have own transportation Meeting client's deadlines Must have the necessary equipment PAY IS BASED ON VENDOR BID AND AS PER THE ALLOWABLE LIST.
