Position Summary: We are seeking experienced and polished professionals to join our front-of-house team as Fine Dining Servers. The ideal candidate brings grace under pressure, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality. Servers at DiamondBack’s are expected to provide seamless service while building rapport with guests and upholding our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide elegant, intuitive, and attentive service to all guests throughout their dining experience
Execute table service with precision: from wine presentation to course pacing and tableside etiquette
Maintain in-depth knowledge of all menu items, daily features, wine pairings, and cocktail offerings
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Uphold sanitation and safety standards in accordance with health regulations and company policy
Handle guest concerns or special requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
Maintain composure and grace in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Contribute to a team-oriented environment with mutual respect and accountability
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of serving experience, preferably in fine dining or upscale hospitality
Strong working knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings (basic sommelier knowledge is a plus)
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask with poise and efficiency
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
TABC and Food Handler’s certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
