Automotive Parts Counterperson

Lowe Toyota is looking for a Parts Counterperson to join our award-winning team! Must be motivated and self-driven. Along with excellent communication skills, we require the following: Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leads. Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts Advise customers on necessary and related parts needed Input parts pricing on counter invoices and repair orders Help with dealership parts ordering, inventory and returns Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions for their vehicle. Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction. Work in close partnership with management to provide appropriate information to the customer. Meet specified monthly targets and goals. Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitude. Preferred Skills and Experience: Prior parts experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual. Excellent customer relationship skills. Self-starter, motivated and success driven. Confident, positive and high energy presence. Strong communication skills. Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals.
