Server – K38 Baja Grill (New Location Opening – Seaboard Station, Raleigh, NC)
About Us: K38 Baja Grill, part of the Live.Eat.Surf restaurant group, has been serving up fresh Baja-inspired flavors and an energetic dining experience for over 30 years. We’re opening our newest K38 in Seaboard Station, Raleigh, in mid-to-late November 2025—and we’re looking for friendly, motivated Servers to join our opening team.
What You’ll Do: Deliver excellent guest service with a warm and positive attitude
Take orders, answer menu questions, and recommend items to enhance the guest experience
Ensure accuracy and timeliness when entering orders and serving food and drinks
Handle payments and transactions with care and accuracy
Work closely with the front and back-of-house teams to create smooth, memorable service
What We’re Looking For: Prior serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred but not required—we’ll train the right people
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
Ability to stay calm, positive, and efficient under pressure
Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol
