Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ERP Analyst with a strong background in manufacturing operations and ERP systems. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our ERP platform to support production, inventory, supply chain, and financial processes. The ideal candidate will combine deep functional knowledge of manufacturing workflows with technical expertise, including programming and integration capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead ERP system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements specific to manufacturing operations
Analyze and document business requirements across production planning, inventory management, procurement, and shop floor control
Develop and maintain ERP customizations, integrations, and reports using SQL, Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages
Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and finance teams to streamline processes and improve system utilization
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations
Ensure data accuracy, system security, and compliance with internal controls
Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and user guides
Train end-users and provide ongoing support across manufacturing sites
Travel up to 40% or as needed to support plant-level implementations, training, and collaboration
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of ERP experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong programming skills in SQL and at least one other language (e.g., Python, Java, C#)
Hands‑on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP (PP/MM), Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes including BOMs, routings, work orders, MRP, and inventory control; excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred:
ERP certification (e.g., SAP PP/MM, Oracle Manufacturing Cloud); experience with MES and integration with ERP; familiarity with APIs, EDI, and cloud‑based ERP solutions
Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Agile)
