Tasks
Analyze business requirements, break them down into roadmaps, timelines, epics, tickets and tasks
Document, analyze and improve the whole user journey of Pflegia and other products
Create actionable concepts of new products or product features, estimate efforts and ROI, own the whole product process from ideation to delivery
Think about how AI can really provide impact, create experiments with well-defined expected outcomes, verify and iterate
Define key performance indicators (KPIs), keep track of them, improve on them, revise them, iterate
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and data teams; use data-driven storytelling to convince and align all teams
Requirements
5–8+ years of Product Ownership/Management experience
Strong ability to define product vision, roadmaps, and priorities, aligning business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints
Expertise writing clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, as well as with documenting complicated workflows and funnels
Experience with search, SEO (including AI, i.e. AIEO, AEO, GEO), or matching/recommendation systems
Data-driven decision making (analytics, A/B testing, experimentation)
Experience building and scaling marketplaces, job boards, or recruitment platforms, as well as improving conversion funnels and user experience across job seeker and employer journeys
Empathy with health care professionals and familiarity with the needs of health care facilities, as well as health care hiring and recruitment workflows
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven track record working with cross-functional agile teams
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment with ambitious goals, have a resilient way to cope with pressure
Outstanding problem-solving, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
