Overview
Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in
Portsmouth
and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.
Responsibilities Assist with various real estate tasks including buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses, and other real estate tasks.
Use electronic lockbox to show homes.
Schedule and show homes, using MLS and electronic lockbox when applicable.
Qualifications
Currently licensed real estate agent. (We can help you get licensed.)
Have access to the MLS.
Have experience showing homes in
Portsmouth
area.
Compensation Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.
Additional Information Showami is not a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will stay with their current brokerage. We are a service that connects agents and have been called "The Uber of Real Estate". We provide Showing Agents and Showing Assistants in
New Hampshire .
If you are unlicensed, Showami can help. We have access to discount real estate licensing classes and can help refer you to brokerages in your area once licensed.
