Whatyouwill do :
Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drainissues
Execute effective troubleshooting techniques toidentifyroot causes of plumbingissues
Performtimelyandaccuraterepairs to resolve plumbing and drainissues
Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residentialcustomers
Install, repair, andmaintainplumbing systems, equipment, andfixtures
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes andregulations
Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand pluming concerns andsolutions
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customersatisfaction
Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have beencompleted
Educate customers on best practices for their plumbingsystems
Adhere to company safety protocols andprocedures
Attendappropriate safetytraining as required by thecompany
Who you are:
1-5 YearsPlumbingexperiencepreferred
Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship
Current plumbing certification as required bystate
Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
Good communicationand interpersonal skills
