Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row Scottsdale is currently looking for a Line Cook to join our team! We're searching for a candidate who can: Assist with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations. Prep ingredients and prepare dishes. Plate prepared foods based on Executive Chef's guidance. Work with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time. Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils and store the equipment at the end of shifts. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes. Minimum Requirements: A strong culinary background. Availability to work nights and weekends preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Food handler certification.
