Sales Operations Specialist
plays a crucial role in our team. You will be a key contact between the company and vendors, supporting the sales team and acting as a liaison. Responsibilities include processing sales orders, invoicing, shipment tracking, handling returns, reconciliation, AP/AR, and more. Experience at a Value Added Reseller is a plus! Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and in teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and quick learner of new software Financial background and skills Ability to multitask effectively Consistent work ethic and adherence to values and principles Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer requests Support sales by managing order processing within internal systems, including: Providing shipment tracking to customers and Account Managers Collaborating with Accounting on AP/AR processes Managing return requests with customers and manufacturers Order modifications and updates Generating and distributing reports Process shipping label requests Perform additional duties as needed Physical Demands:
Sitting and keyboarding at a computer for 8 hours daily Communicating verbally with clients and coworkers Hearing requirements for in-person, phone, and other sounds Job Location:
On-site at Tempe HQ if local to Phoenix, AZ Remote candidates considered if outside a reasonable commute Benefits:
