Employment Specialist II ! About the Role: Employment Specialist II's are out in the community, working with a caseload of individuals with a wide range of disabilities. They assist the people we support in reaching their goals and helping them find work and succeed in the workplace. Responsibilities include helping people write resumes, interview for jobs, assisting with on-the-job training, supporting job transitions, and transporting individuals to job sites. Schedule/Hours: The schedule is varied and requires flexibility. Some evening or weekend shifts may be required, depending on the schedule of the individuals on your caseload. Qualifications: Experience in customer service or working with individuals with disabilities preferred. Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation. High school diploma required. Pay & Perks: High school diploma or Associate's degree - $18/hour. Bachelor's degree - $19.50/hour. We also offer
