Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with Spanish-speaking clients to understand their integration needs and provide effective solutions. Manage and guide clients through the entire integration process to ensure successful implementation. Coordinate with internal technical teams to address and resolve integration issues. Provide training and ongoing support to clients to enhance their user experience. Maintain clear documentation of project activities, outcomes, and communications. Stay informed on the latest technologies and trends in the B2B integration sector. Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Experience in B2B integration or a similar role preferred. Strong technical understanding of integration technologies and methodologies. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Adept at problem-solving with a detail-oriented approach. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward client engagement. Desire to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to team success.
