Job Responsibilities
You will lead business development strategy across biologics, guiding market expansion and new customer acquisition.
Identify, engage, and win new business with a strong focus on winning new business accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships within the biologics industry, covering early-stage biotechs to global pharmaceutical companies.
Responsible for driving opportunities across discovery, development, and manufacturing services
You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, technical teams, and project management to align commercial plans with operational capabilities.
As the VP of Business Development you will represent the company at industry events
Provide market insight, competitive intelligence, and strategic input to inform service expansion and long-term growth planning.
Job Requirements
You should have a background in biologics, with a strong and active industry network.
Proven track record in strategic business development and closing complex, high-value deals in CDMO environment
Strong hunter mentality with a proactive and strategic approach to building new relationships and pipelines.
Experience engaging clients across big pharma and emerging biotech.
Ideally, you will have exposure to or understanding of early discovery services
