Super Recruiter LLC
Main Responsibilities:
Design and develop mechanical systems, assemblies, and components for physical products using CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, or similar).
Execute detailed design reviews with focus on manufacturability, cost, and performance — applying DFM/DFA best practices.
Conduct mechanical analyses related to thermodynamics, kinematics, and structural integrity to ensure product reliability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical, firmware, and manufacturing engineering to support full product lifecycle from concept to production.
Create engineering documentation including drawings, BOMs, and specifications to support fabrication and assembly.
Support prototype builds, testing, validation, and iteration of mechanical systems.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience designing mechanical components and assemblies for hardware products.
Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, Autodesk Inventor, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of DFM/DFA, material selection, tolerance analysis, and GD&T.
Experience with thermal analysis, structural simulation, and motion systems (gears, linkages, actuators, etc.).
Comfortable supporting both prototype development and high-volume manufacturing.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
