Job Description
Update and maintain fund-related materials, including presentations, one-page overviews, performance reports, track record summaries, portfolio data, and cash flow models.
Support the completion of investor information and due-diligence requests, such as RFIs, RFPs, and DDQs.
Analyze and synthesize external market research to highlight key trends, emerging opportunities, and potential risks.
Collaborate with internal teams—investment, mid-office, back-office, and legal—to prepare marketing collateral and due-diligence documentation.
Coordinate and support the fundraising process, including investor pipeline tracking, document distribution, and meeting scheduling.
Maintain accurate datasets and presentation materials for monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc updates for existing institutional and retail investors (e.g., portfolio reviews, investment details, and risk reports).
Respond to and assist with investor inquiries and requests in a timely and accurate manner.
Execute special projects for mid- and senior-level management across areas such as finance, product development, and marketing, as needed.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, with 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
Previous full-time experience preferred in investment banking or a product specialist role, particularly with exposure to private credit.
Familiarity with different fund structures, including interval funds and BDCs, is a plus.
Strong technical proficiency, especially in PowerPoint and Excel, with solid quantitative skills.
Exceptional organizational abilities, with proven capability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail.
Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines, demonstrating a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
