Our community bank client is seeking a Mortgage Loan Processor in Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will manage individual pipelines, focus on meeting sales goals, ensure compliance, thoroughly review materials for underwriting, maintain processing times, and foster strong relationships with Financial Consultants. This role offers a salary up to $55K and excellent benefits.
(This is not a remote position.) Responsibilities include: Coordinating weekly with Financial Consultants and the Operations Manager to meet production, pull-thru, and turnaround goals. Staying current on investor guidelines to assist Financing Consultants. Timely review and submission of documents for underwriting. Monitoring pipeline and estimating monthly closings. Following up on ordered services with Jr. Processors and Sales Assistants. Keeping updated on FHLMC guidelines, internal procedures, and company policies. Following up with borrowers to obtain documents or answer questions. Responding promptly and courteously to Financing Consultants' inquiries. Assisting with closing, post-closing, or funding issues. Collaborating with internal and external resources to ensure compliance. Performing other duties as assigned. Who Are You?
