In this role, youll work closely with energy teams in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities to identify, evaluate, and implement energy efficiency initiatives. You may support one or multiple clients, providing guidance through both group workshops and one-on-one coaching./ppThe goal is to help organizations apply continuous improvement principles to their energy management practices. Experience with change management, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks is a strong asset./ppThis role requires someone who is not only knowledgeable in energy management, but also passionate about leading fun, interactive, results-driven workshops. You must be able to create an engaging learning environment that encourages actionable takeaways and sustained engagement./ppPlease note: qualified applicants must be fluently bilingual, English and French and have the ability to travel throughout New Brunswick./ppYoure a great fit if you can/pulliMotivate and coach plant/facility management and teams/liliGuide the development of overall continuous improvement plans/liliLead dynamic, interactive group workshops and one-on-one events that inspire participation and drive action/liliCreate an engaging atmosphere that energizes groups and individuals and fosters collaboration/liliFacilitate training workshops and other one-on-one events/liliAnalyze performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis/liliWrite reports for technical and non-technical audiences/liliAssist site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities/liliDevelop site improvement plans/li/ulpExciting candidates will have.../pulli6+ years of experience in energy management, sustainability, or utility programs/liliDemonstrated success facilitating hands-on, interactive workshops, trainings, or presentations in professional (non-academic) settings/liliConfident and approachable facilitation style that encourages participation, dialogue, and progress/liliDirect experience with energy efficiency in commercial, industrial, or institutional settings/liliBackground in coaching, team facilitation, or change management/liliBachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering/liliCertified Energy Manager designation is a strong asset/liliExcellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills/liliStrong analytical and data interpretation abilities/liliFluent in both English and French/li/ulpTargeted Compensation $50-$53/h/ppCompensation Range $35.00 - $58.20 CAD Hourly/ppAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicants skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
